Nope, sorry, I don't have a clue about the format of the keyboard map or
the keycodes from the keyboard, and I've got no time to do this.

As for the other things I reported (just sent you a mail about that), it
seems that:
- The kill that doesn't work is zsh's built-in
- I've got no clue about why one kernel wanted lock.h in /sys/vm
