Hello all again!

Well I STILL have not been able to run 386bsd. So I have the
info for someone that can help with my problem below! Besides bying
another board/pc I would rather find the problem and get it fixed.
I also want to know since bsd is still in the development stages (
which every unix is never going to be complete, always soemthing
new a great comes along) I would like to know if there are some
good debugging programs or even keys to press to give me vital
stats on what's going on! Thanks in advance!

High level formatting of 386BSD disk storage:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is where is system hangs. I cannot do a warm reboot, I either must press
the reset button or turn the machine off.

What I have done:
Taken out all but the video card.
Even used a mono card in place of the svga card.
Reformatted the hard drive to 68 megs (mfm).
Increased memory from 4 to 6 megs.
	Changed various bios/chipset settings.
		Cache/ no cache
		AT wait state
Changed Bus speed from 8 Megahertz to 6 Megahertz
		Memory reads/write wait states
		Only the 1.2m floppy
		Only the 1.44M floppy
Disablled the harddrive onboard bios, let the AMI bios
tell BSD how many heads, cyl's and the such.
FTP'd the fixed dist.fs from berkeley for the WD and even the
ethernet controller fix just in case there was some
		 kind of problem with compatibuility.
Even tried to install from the fixit floppy, but the system seems
	         to hang
when I try to disklabel the drive.(With the wd fix from agate)

And still the system hangs. I even purchased a new controller (mfm) and
cables to see if there was a problem with the rll controller I was using.
Still the same problem!

The flollowing is the disklabel after the install program does it's
thing and hangs!

The disk I have is a Micropolis 6085 68 Megs formatted. I have it
rll'ed to 104 with a 10meg dos boot annd 30 meg D drive. The rest
is avaliable for 386bsd (63megs I think) Any Ideas????
