Well, if you don't want to know, then don't use it ... ;-) Seriously: there's "Installing and Running FreeBSD" or something like that available from WC CDROM. And then, just repeat after me: This is BSD - _any_ decent book on Unix system administration will do. I ususally recommend: "Unix System Administration Handbook", Evi Nemeth et al., Prentice Hall Last I heard, the O'Reilley Title on system administration in general is fairly good, too. For networking, get "TCP/IP Network Administration" from O'Reilley and all the other fine stuff, they sell (DNS, Sendmail etc.) Patrick
