There's no real need of a "port". bind compiles out-of-the-box on almost
all FreeBSD systems. Read the FAQ for the cdefs.h problem on 2.1.*. 2.2 is
shipped with either 4.9.4P1 or 4.9.5P1 (I run 3.0 which has 4.9.5P1).

8.1-*compiles even more out-of-the-box too.
