Sure. Last I checked, FreeBSD doesn't support ATM NICs. However, I have written glue and a driver for Efficient Networks (ENI)'s ATM cards which is a standard part of NetBSD/OpenBSD. I recently added support to the driver for Adaptec PCI ATM cards as well (e.g. the ANA-5940). I have managed to port this driver to FreeBSD [with some help from Kenjiro Cho <kjc@csl.sony.co.jp>] and you can obtain the source code for it from ftp://dworkin.wustl.edu/dist/bsd/bsdatm1.4.tar.gz. There are a number of groups using the driver under FreeBSD. The FreeBSD project is aware of this driver, but lacks the interest or manpower to integrate it in their source tree. chuck -- >>Chuck Cranor, Graduate Student, Computer and Communications Research Center<< >>Washington University, St. Louis MO http://www.ccrc.wustl.edu/pub/chuck <<
