I'm trying to reproduce the crash now bnefore trying again without the fancy AHC stuff. The same machine was running 2.2-GAMMA for a while without hitting this problem. (Though it had other disk related problems.) The config is PPro 200, Adaptec 3940UW, Quantum Atlas II. Any theories? -- Alan Judge Like punning, programming is a play on words. -- Alan Perlis
