(2.2-RELEASE, Adaptec 3940UW, Quantum Atlas II disks. Tagging and SCB
 paging enabled, perhaps foolishly.)

I sometimes get errors of the form:
sd0(ahc0:0:0): ABORTED COMMAND asc:41,86 Vendor Specific ASCQ

Can anyone tell me how to decode these, or how to tell what part of my
system isn't working? I thought that it might be a flaky disk, but
I sometimes get them on different disks.
