Neither.  We lack knowledgable people to integrate it.  Normally,
committers hate it to import something that they can't even test since
the hardware requirements are missing.  None of the committers i know
so far seems to have access to an ATM environment.

If you're interested in maintaining your driver in FreeBSD yourself
(and are willing to learn the CVS basics for this), get back to me in
personal mail.
