Does anyone know of any plans to or anywhere i can locate the source code
for this function. apparently its a new(?)er function for stdtime in
libc. It isn't in 3.0-SNAP nor -current and before i start coding, i
figured i'd ask? AFAIK This function is merely the reverse of strftime()
[char * -> struct tm]
