When I try to mount it it tells me that the device is not configured. Somebody told me that you could mount the dos partition while installing freebsd from the CD when you are labelling your partitions. I did that. I could see all the files in my dos partition by that. But at times when I tried to look at the files, it would report file not found. Then I tried to copy files to another directory, and after copying a few files, it starts reporting errors, and there goes my system. I have to reinstall the bsd. The version of the bsd is 2.1.5. I have a pentium 100 and the harddisk of 2 GB. I have it at LBA mode. Naveed Ahmad
