INN, sendmail and apache are the usual ones, but others are available.

Or were you asking a rhetorical question?  I find it hard to believe that
you haven't heard of these servers (Apache has something like 40% of the
web server market, sendmail is ubiquitous and I think INN is used by most
ISPs.)
