I suggest that you add options TCP_COMPAT_42 to your kernel configuration file, config, make clean, make depend and make a new kernel. Some BSD4.2 based tcp stacks have a 32bit unsigned/signed bug, preventing them to cooperate with standards-conforming partners. The aforementioned option is a bug compatibility option for this.
