When I mount it to a Solaris 2.5.1 server, it showed me "access denied". I already make sure that the mountd & nfsd daemons is up, and i added the directory to the /etc/exports file. Do I need to start the statd & lockd daemons in the nfs client? Is there such a daemons in BSDI since I couldn't find them? Can anybody tell me what is the command in BSDI which is equivalent to "exportfs" or "share" in Solaris? I have no way to check whether the directory is share out in BSDI. Thanks for your help in advance.
