Oh, CDE *looks* appealing, but at $200, I think I can live without it. > A company called Xinside sells it: www.xinside.com There's also a freeware version included with Lesstif (sorry, no URL handy). Unfortunately, Lesstif is still under development (still < 1.0 version), and is rather buggy in certain areas.
