I have a PnP NE2000 compatible card which uses IRQ 10 and I/O port 0x6100. Yes, 0x6100. I'm running NT4.0 right now, but I wanna put UNIX on my machine. The freebsd installation disk support up to 0x2000. Can I change the I/O port to 0x6100 after I install freebsd? The card does not have the non-PnP mode, and it doesn't let me change the port to lower number manually. Thanks. -- Terry ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Terry Shikano | CoNNet System, Maquis Spaceflight Simulator School of Psychology, GA Tech | HEL (Human Engineering Lab) Atlanta Georgia, 30332 | terry@psy.tfe.gatech.edu http://www.prism.gatech.edu/~psg91ts/ CU-SeeMe: 128.61.50.47
