Hmmm. Methinks I smells a DOS partition that FreeBSD can't deal with. How big is your DOS partition, by the way? I had the same problem a while back with a 1.6 gig partition. Had to create a smaller partition and put the dists there. There seem to be constant threads in this group about this problem; you may want to check 'em out. I can't recall the *exact* limit on the size of DOS partitions, but it's certainly large enough to accommodate all the dists. I think anything under 1 MB is safe, but don't quote me on that.
