It has a couple of advantages such as a good softwarebase and things like that. Technically I'd say Linux is a better choice, but for usability in a office I am not so sure. : And, at the same time, most of the commercial UNIX vendors are too busy : infighting to address the issue. They spend their time developing 'open' : standards that are, in fact, proprietary, and trying to one-up : each other. It's idiotic. It's sorta like school children pushing and : shoving to get at the head of the line while a thousand pound gorilla is : bearing down on the snack bar.
