I am unable to get a basic client PERL program to work on BSD 3.0.  I have used the example programs out of the Programming Perl book from ORA.  When trying to BIND the program dies with a "cannot assign requested address".  This program worked fine before I upgraded to 3.0.  Any thoughts??
