I've made make.bsdi and/or make.44bsd and installed the program
to the letter in the docs.  When I telnet to pop3 as described in
the docs I receive a message:
"cannot execute <program path> permission denied"
rather than the program banner.  inetd -d says 'ADD <specs>' and
that popper is 'registered on 12' at startup.  I'm stumped.
Any suggestions would be welcome...
