Again [wups] they did not explicitly say 72Hz, my mistake, it was on
the table on p.204-205 as the max refresh rate for this card.  They
definitly did use 1024x768 resolution though.  The author might have,
we just aren't sure.  Unfortunately the only email address listed
for the author is on BIX ("rick_g").
