Bloody fortune, I'd imagine, or alot of people would have it.
And I'm sure the licencing terms will be an utter straightjacket.

Linux and BSD (and Minix and VSTa and someday OpenDOS and...)
provide complete source for free.  Not only that, you can get
the development tools for all but OpenDOS for free as well.

There's no comparison.
