I have a set of floppies that should contain 386BSD 0.1 with some level of
patch kit, plus I have a bunch of 60MB cartridge tapes that should contain
later kits. Let me see what I can come up with.
It might take a while. I don't think my 60MB tape drive is happy hardware.
