It's on the NT 4.0 CD-ROM that =you can buy at CompUSA, Egghead, etc., along with x86, PPC, and Alpha NT =4.0. I don't think you can get updates for it, though. Microsoft has abandoned the MIPS and PowerPC ports of WinNT. They will still support the existing customers, but new releases of NT are not going to support the architectures.
