Hi

I have trouble connecting to a BBS using tip on my serial port
(cuaa1). I added the following line to /etc/remote

pace0|Pace Modem:dv=/dev/cuaa1:br=9600

then did:

tip pace0

I dialed the BBS and connected. The BBS gave a greeting and a
login prompt. When I entered my login name the cursor just went
back to the begining of the line and..... that was it!! I got
hung and eventually bailed out of tip with a ~.

Does anyone know if I should set specific termios flags or
something to make this problem go away? Other baud rates don't
work either.

Incidently, cu works just fine.

Thanks

amir
