I have made next: (in master.passwd)
test:**********:1101:100::0:0:POP3 user:/home/pop_user/test:/usr/bin/passwd
c01:**********:1102:100::0:0:User from
C01:/home/pop_user/c01:/usr/bin/passwd
								^^^^^^^^^^^
user can only change own password
