Either it starts up OK (soundon), but doesn't work right, or it hangs the system at startup. I've tried just about every possible reasonable configuration with it and still no luck. Is my system just jinxed or something? :-) While we're on the subject, what's the status of PnP support in FreeBSD-CURRENT? I spend most of my time in FreeBSD these days, but I sure do miss my sound. :-( -- Conrad Sabatier http://www.neosoft.com/~conrads
