As a newbie I love the idea. 
Changing from dos to UNIX was a little difficult in just learning the
slang. I know more people would look to FreeBSD if they could have
something that spoke to them in a friendly language at the beginning as
does the tutorial "People New to both FreeBSD and Unix" to get up and
running.
