Well now 2.2.1 is out and they're still "Coming in April 97." : In short, : unless you REALLY need to save $5 and get both FBSD and NetBSD, buy : direct from : Walnut Creek. I'm also disappointed with InfoMagic's distribution of Motif (MooTiff) for FreeBSD: brain-dead installation script, incoherent paths, badly formatted manual pages, and so on... ! Furthermore, Linux users benefitted from an upgrade (from Motif V2.0 to Motif V2.1 if I'm right...) but FreeBSD users are still stuck with the March 96 edition ! What the Hell is going wrong with 'em ??? FreeBSD is quite a stable platform, so why should we have software upgrades like Linux users do ? -- At least for -RELEASE versions ! Just my few cents...
