I turned out that the memory expansion board did not like the cheap 3 chip 1MEG SIMMs, but worked fine when I got the 9 chip variety. I am now running 8 9-chip 70ns 1MEG SIMMs. The system would work fine until it needed the area where the 3-chip SIMMs were mapped into. If I placed the 3-chip SIMMs in the lower memeory area the system would barf on the way up. The 9-chip SIMMs are about $5 more, but worth it. ========================================================================== Chris Riney Domain: chris@tisdec.tis.tandy.com Tandy Information Services UUCP: ...!trsvax!tisdec!chris Tandy Technology Sqr, Suite 200 Fort Worth, TX 76102 Phone: 817/878-0308; 8:00am-5:00pm CST,Mo-Fr
