I am using FreeBSD v 2.1.6, and I have the following problems:

1. Every time I tried to start X right after booting up FreeBSD, my mouse
does not move. However, after I press ctrl-alt-backspace to quit X and
startx again, everything seems to work fine.

2. I am using Netscape 4.0b3 for FreeBSD. But Netscape doesn't seem to be
able to read in any newsgroup names when I tried to browse through the list
of newsgroups. I've tried to telnet <news server> 119, and the news server
responds fine. And I can read news using Netscape 4.0b3 in Windows with no
problem.

Please help! Thanks in advance.
