I would imagine that the dial-up router would know about 99.65 else my 
other connections would not work.

Yes Ive come to figure that out now. Others have explained this also and 
just need to configure things properly on my end.
Now that Ive reinstalled I can do so from scratch with what I have 
learned from here.
