No errors were reported. Machine is a 16MB Pentium 120, and the version of FreeBSD is still 2.2-BETA; I will go to 2.2.1 as soon as the CD-ROM arrives. (I am assuming that I will be allowed to buy a copy in Canada ;-> ) Both xv and xpaint dump core when I try to run them. Anyone know of anything obvious to try, please? /home/mike% xv Bus error (core dumped) /home/mike% xpaint Bus error (core dumped) /home/mike% Installed packages are: xpaint-2.4.8.tgz xv-3.10a.tgz jpeg-6a.tgz png-0.89c.tgz tiff-3.3.tgz xpm-3.4j.tgz
