Yes I was wrong about this.
Onno van der Linden sent me patches for mawk1.1.2.tar.Z that I have put
in ref.tfs.com:/usp/packages/mawk. This mawk supposedly passes all tests
when compiled with gcc2, I have not had to test it myself though.

This is a mis-quoute, I did not write about uucp and Emacs.
