I bought FBSD from WC and it was sent to me in 3 days.
I had no problem getting it, it even had to go through customs

But I think that the person may have been refering to the DES encryption 
that is on the disk. It has to do with the US Govt. banning exports of 
encryption software because they are somehow classed as a "weapon".

I know ive seen warnings about installing the DES stuff when installing 
FBSD or if your installing via FTP.
