When I compiled my latest kernel, I compiled in the psuedo-device the
handbook says will allow me, as superuser to use the 'watch' command with
my students' accounts -- but I still get the error noted above. Yes, I
copied the config line properly, made a good compile, su'ed to root, and
read the man page, and tested thoroughly with active tty's. Still doesn't
work. What am I missing or forgetting?
