Well, actually, no reference belongs in any of those pages you
mentioned. ;-)  sio is a serial *driver* which could be entirely
different on any given OS (on NetBSD it's the "com" driver for instance)
and even on the same OS (you might have a Cyclades serial card, say, or
a Cronyx - both different from sio but usable with stty, termios, etc).

The apropos serial was the missing piece before. ;-)
