Nope!  What Richard says is true.  I'm not saying that there aren't
any problems with vj compression in pppd, but up until last night,
ppp was vj-compressing non-tcp packets.

It's now fixed in -current, and will be committed to 2.2
soon.  I'll post a request to test things when I do this
commit.
