At about that point, your system has found out what it's name and internet
address are supposed to be, then it's broadcasting a bootparam request to
see if there's anyone that has bootstrap, kernel and root images for a
system by that name.  You should make sure that you have a bootparamd up
and that things are set up for the next level of bootstrapping.  Review
the setup info in the installation notes, the netbsd diskless man page
(if there is one) and any relevant linux documentation.  This is one of
those things that is never easy the first time, you just have to work
though it carefully.
