You'll need to ask a more specific question than that.  If you
want to connect to the 'net from the FreeBSD box and have 'net
access from both machines, then yes, you can share a modem.

You need to create yourself a small LAN (using PLIP/SLIP/PPP/ethernet),
configure your FreeBSD box as a gateway and use either "ppp -auto"
or ppp & natd on the FreeBSD box to masquerade the Win box connections.
