I have not been using BSD for a long time; I have used SysV clones and their kith for a long time. I found, when I unloaded the etc* directories, that there was a slough of isode/* stuff. I have never used ANY of it, and don't really want to spend the next three weeks trying to figure all of this stuff out. Can someone please give me a brief synopsis of all of that stuff. I am starting to get a little short of disk space... TSgt Dave Burgess NCOIC AL/MIS Brooks AFB, TX
