Whenever I first connect I always get one HDLC error -- for example: 05-15 16:45:01 [21498] HDLC errors -> FCS: 1 ADDR: 0 COMD: 0 PROTO: 0 It seems to occur just after connect, and there are no other observable consequences. This has also been present in prior versions of ppp. Even running for 24 hours under load, there's still just the one HDLC error. Limitations on testing: Client only. No Aliasing. No IP filtering. -ddial mode only PAP authentication only
