ed

grep is older than sed. In Version 6 most of the stuff you do with sed
was done with 'grep' and 'gres'

Global/Regular Expression/Substitute

From the "ed" command syntax:

	g/re/p
	g/re/s/original/new/

> 	sed -e g/regular expression/p

Except that in "sed" the g is implied.
