The MCA stuff for Linux that I found was pretty rudimentary, basically just the patches required to make it actually run on an MCA machine (a bit of extra interrupt controller stuff) and a driver for ESDI controller/drives used in some MCA systems. No support of any special MCA auto-config or features, but it might still be enough for use on your system. As others have mentioned, there is *BSD MCA stuff floating around, but not yet integrated into any of the releases. Hopefully it will be before it becomes completely passe... -- George Robbins - not working for, work: to be avoided at all costs... but still emotionally attached to: web: http://www.netaxs.com/people/grr Commodore, Engineering Department domain: grr@tharsis.com
