On my particular setup, the 50 and 60 line video modes are now broken in the 2.2.1-RELEASE. It used to work in the 2.1.0-RELEASE. Moused doesn't work at all. The problem with XFree86 scrambling up the video after exiting has been fixed. Unlike the 2.1.0-RELEASE, using vidfont is dangerous as it will scramble up the video like XFree86 used to. Here is what SuperProbe says about my video card is... The Pcvt driver might support it. Maybe there should be an effort to write a whole new console driver for FreeBSD instead of trying to soup up syscons. eyager@novagate.com
