Once per second isn't that much of a network load, but just imagine if everyone else started doing the same thing -- a huge torrent of traffic would start to concentrate at certain AGIS network access point. For those who are not aware, AGIS (Apex Global Internet Services) has become public enemy number one for shamelessly harboring net abusers like Sanford Wallace.
