Many of you have offered some very good suggestions, to no avail. I have taken each suggestion and tried it out, but nothing is working. On my last attempt, I captured this error. Maybe it will make some sense to one of you who has more knowledge about these things: Here is the error: login: setgroups: Operation not permitted Copyright (c) 1980, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991, 1993, 1994 The Regents of the University of California. I got this by running a rsh from a trusted server on the network. What is the setgroup process, and how do I fix it? Please offer any suggestions as this is getting to a critical status... Thanks, Q.
