I'm having a color problem with java GUI... Instead of the default eye pleasing grey, all windows come up blue. Requesting a white background (setBackground(Color.white)) makes it slightly lighter, but it is still blue. I suppose, this is related to 32K color display (Xinside's X-server 1.3, wierd old Matrox card with 3M of video RAM). Kaffe does not have this problem and runs fine for most of the things, but not for Corel Office, which java has no other problems with. No other application shows this behavior either... Thanks for hints, -mi -- "Windows for dummies"
