FreeBSD cannot possibly list every SCSI disk and SCSI tape that will
work with the OS.  A 'modern' device which okeys the rules has a very
high probability of working.

This should not be a problem...  We 'rdump' a number of FreeBSD systems
to DAT drives across the (switched) LAN.

Any of the supported PCI cards should do the job.  The NCR-based cards
(810/825) are relatively cheap but work quite well!
