I'd really be interested in your source for your statements. On April 15, IBM announced the J50 and R50, both Microchannel. Of course, it is possible to argue that they're not really new models, but enhancements of the previous R and J series. But the 595, which I would consider a new model, was introduced last October 8. To me, it looks like IBM is currently developing both PCI and Microchannel systems. Richard Lamb rll@netcom.com
