Not exactly, I think. There was a register on the VAX-11/780 which, I think, held the address of a failed Unibus reference; that was the Failed Unibus Address Register, or FUBAR. I'm sure whoever called it that and got it in the manual was quite amused that he or she got it past Digital's censors.
